Overview
This website, cottelle.lk, is operated by Cottelle. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Cottelle. By visiting our store or buying from us, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Online store terms
By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence, or that you have your parent's or guardian's consent to use this site. You may not use our products or this site for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
Products and descriptions
We take care to show our tees, prints, and colours as accurately as possible. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen, and because each print is made to order, small variations in placement can occur. Size guides are provided as a guide only.
Pricing
All prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). Prices and product availability can change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, including after an order has been placed, and to cancel the order if necessary, with a full refund.
Discount codes
Discount codes are limited to one per order unless stated otherwise, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn or changed at any time.
Orders
We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we'll refund you in full.
Payment
You agree to provide accurate and complete purchase and account information, and to keep it up to date, so we can complete your order and contact you when needed.
Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy and returns by our Return and refund policy. Both form part of these terms.
Intellectual property
All designs, prints, artwork, photos, logos, and text on this site belong to Cottelle and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cottelle is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Sri Lankan consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be on this page, and continued use of the site means you accept any changes.
