Shipping policy
Where we deliver
We deliver islandwide across Sri Lanka. We don't currently ship internationally.
Delivery times
Orders are usually delivered within 2–4 working days of order confirmation. Remote areas may take a little longer. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public and bank holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next working day.
Delivery fees
Delivery fees are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we'll send you a confirmation with your delivery details. If you have any questions about your delivery, email us with your order number.
Delivery address
Please check your address and phone number carefully at checkout. We're not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect details. If a delivery fails because the recipient can't be reached, we'll contact you to arrange a re-delivery, which may carry an extra delivery fee.
Damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photos and email us within 48 hours of delivery. See our Return and refund policy for what happens next.
